Meet four generations of the Parkers & Family!
I knew there was something very familiar about this portrait session as soon as we arrived even having not met them beforehand. Not only did I really feel like I recognized a couple of people, but they were just the kind of family that makes you feel right at home with them anyway! As it turns out, I have passed Nanny Parker on my morning walks out with the kids a couple of times this very week (most recently the same morning of this session!) and couldn’t shake knowing I had just seen her. But it gets even better – her daughter and granddaughter actually live right here in the neighborhood – just down the street! It’s probably time to cue the “It’s a Small World Afterall!” And the location couldn’t have been more perfect for me considering everything is starting to bloom and really accented the images nicely. And as a heads up, I really do plan on working a Cherry Blossom or Dogwood flower into just about everything over these next few weeks!
Thank you guys for such a lovely time together and we couldn’t be happier that several of us are actually neighbors too!
