As we are off celebrating Leah and Buck’s wedding and reception, here’s a look at her gorgeous bridal session from last month out here at the Apple Blossom Plantation in Providence Forge. What a sweetheart and beauty – really enjoyed meeting her team of Makeup Artist Tracy Gilland and Hair Stylist Lara Bridger also. Our last engagement session with Sierriena and CJ at the Norfolk Botanical Gardens lasted all of ten minutes due to some pretty serious weather approaching but it turned out fantastic nonetheless and without the bright sun we actually had the perfect light (well for 10 minutes at least!). If you have a minute, Part 1 is definitely a “Must See” at Sierriena & CJ :: Engaged Part 1!
Now on to round 2! Same place, same time, same gorgeous couple and the best part was we had a chance to settle in and enjoy some different parts of the gardens this time around. Absolutley LOVE these two together and can’t wait for their fall wedding. Hope you enjoy the highlights!
Perfect Timing…
…Kristinne & Matt Tie the Knot!
One weekend before Hurricane Irene crashed into town, Kristinne and Matt had their beautiful Main Street Train Station wedding and we enjoyed EVERY minute of it! The Main Street Train Station is such an historic part of Richmond and boasts beautiful architecture and a very regal setting for just such an occasion. It was such a pleasure to get to know these two and especially for me to be able to share in the getting ready part of the day with Kristinne. I don’t think she’s capable of not smiling, EVER! And what a surprise when Matt’s nephew and one of their little ring bearers came into the girl’s room gift in hand from the Groom to Be himself. You can never go wrong with surprising your future wife with one of Jared’s diamond tennis bracelets. Grooms take note, this is an excellent way to start off your wedding day!!
This gorgeous couple was married in front of their friends and family and after making a quick trip out to Monument Ave for bridal party portraits with Robert E. Lee himself, we headed back in for dancing, dancing, dancing! And even though their two little ring bearers tried to steal the spotlight (and actually did a couple times!) on the dance floor, Kristinne and Matt were having the night of their lives. We wish them so much happiness in their new life together and in every special moment to come!!
